Normal service....

Apologies for the lack of updates this last week. The blog was, at the end of last week, hi-jacked or attacked by some bizarre gadget which directed any visitor to some obscure site called 'deplayer.net'. A bit of online detection has enabled me to delete the Blogger 'gadget' which allowed access to this 'virus' so not only will I be able to resume posting shortly, but also, hopefully, you'll be able to visit again without being directed off elsewhere. For now, a quick and not-hugely-revealing videoclip from last Friday's filming for the new Dr Who series, due to start airing at Easter. The show is currently in its last three weeks of principal photography and at the moment the team are filming episodes 7 and 11. The filming last Friday at Victoria Park in Cardiff is said to be from episode 11, provisionally entitled 'The Lodger' by Gareth ('Shakespeare Code', 'Unicorn and the Wasp', 'Planet of the Dead') Roberts and involved the Doctor playing football...the following clip shows guest star James 'Gavin and Stacey' Corden and Matt Smith as the Doctor. Note Matt's fancy footwork with the football prior to the camera rolling and, as the Doctor, his antics before he - apparently effortlessly - scores what's known in the beautiful game as a 'goal'. Gotta love the cheering crowd too! Not superb quality but, as ever, hopefully you get a bit of 'on the day' atmos...

The Doctor...he shoots, he scores!!
